Request an Electronic Invoice (CFDI)

You can request an electronic invoice (online digital fiscal invoice or CFDI) for all physical orders sold and shipped by Steampunk.

You must have a Federal Taxpayer Registration Number (RFC) registered to your account before requesting a CFDI. Go to Enter your Federal Taxpayer Registration Number (RFC) for more information.

To request an electronic invoice (CFDI) for physical products sold and shipped by Steampunk:

1. In My Account, go to My Orders.
2. Find the corresponding order and select Order Details. If you don't see the order you're looking for, select another option from Orders Placed On.
3. Select Request Electronic Invoice (CFDI). Once the invoice is available, you'll see the option to download or print the PDF or XML file.
4. To automatically generate electronic invoices (CFDI) after each order of physical products sold and shipped by Amazon Mexico that you place, go to Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) and select Always request electronic invoice. Electronic invoices (CFDI) will be automatically generated for all orders after activating this option using the indicated RFC number.
